The next 5-2-1-Almost None backpack training will give you the tools you need to promote the 5-2-1-Almost None healthy lifestyle message in your organization and to train others on the message, if you wish to do so. The training is free of charge, and includes backpack of 5-2-1-Almost None materials (one per site).

Obama Administration Endorses Efforts to Help Americans Lead Healthier Lives

President Obama's plans for overhauling the U.S. health care system are expected to include several initiatives aimed at reducing the burden of chronic diseases and improving the overall health of Americans, Politico reports. Specifically, Obama's health reform plan is expected to call for obesity screenings, nutrition counseling and other wellness programs.
